How it works
A simple process, managed entirely from your My account area.
Submit your request
From your My account area, indicate the references, quantities, delivery date and relevant invoice number.
We validate the list together
A direct exchange, by phone or email, to confirm together the precise list of wines to return.
We organise transport
You ship the bottles back, or we arrange collection through our carrier. The actual transport cost remains at your expense (around €1 excl. VAT per bottle).
We issue your credit note
Within 15 working days after receipt and validation. At the initial purchase price excluding VAT, valid for 12 months.
A comment, if you wish
No reason is required. But if you agree to tell us briefly what did not work, you help us refine our future selections alongside you.

04Inspection upon receipt
- Full, unopened bottle, with capsule and cork intact
- Label and back label without alteration (tear, stain, humidity, peeling)
- Level consistent with origin
- No leakage or sign of cork movement
05Credit note value
Issue: within 15 working days after receipt and validation of the bottles.
Validity: 12 months from the issue date.
Use: valid on any new order with Carrière Distribution. Not transferable to a third party.
